This week we host the amazing Esther Waititu, head of strategy development in corporate and investment banking at Stanbic Bank graced us with her presence. The idea was to get some insights into how the banking sector evaluates business investments and the challenges they are faced with doing so. While we touched on these themes at a high level the dialogue stubbornly veered towards the future of banking in a world of innovation & we could not get a better source to hear from on how the banking sector has evolved in the last 20 years and how it is currently responding to changing customer expectations and competitive threats from all quarters.
